What is Everything Dinosaur?
Everything Dinosaur supplies dinosaur and prehistoric animal related toys, games, puzzles, models, posters and merchandise. Run by teachers, parents, knowledgeable dinosaur enthusiasts and dinosaur experts helping to promote education and an appreciation of Earth sciences.
In addition to running the Everything Dinosaur website, we also have our very own Everything Dinosaur web log and a site for schools. We publish articles and information about the latest scientific findings related to prehistoric animals and palaeontology. On the schools site we provide helpful educational material plus lots of free downloads of teaching resources with a prehistoric theme. On our web log (known as a blog), you can find out more about us, read product reviews and find lots and lots of information about dinosaurs. I want to make a Purchase but how Safe is Your Online Service?
The credit card transaction elements of Everything Dinosaur’s online shop supports 3-D security systems. This is a security and anti-fraud system supported by both Visa and Mastercard designed to provide additional safeguards for shoppers. The 3-D protocol provides an opportunity for an online authentication for shoppers whilst making their purchases. Any purchase authentication is based on 3 domains (hence the name of this security system), Everything Dinosaur, the bank or issuer of the credit/debit card and worldwide credit card and support. In addition, Everything Dinosaur has invested in its own security and customer protection measures.
Our customers are also offered the convenience and security of making purchasers via PayPal. The PayPal website is secure and encrypted.

How quickly to do Pack and Despatch Items?
Preparing, packing and despatching your order is very important to us. Orders received by 1pm are usually despatched on the same working day. Orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will be despatched on the next working day. To assist with the rapid turnaround of orders; we sometimes pack and despatch orders on Saturday mornings.
Before each order is sent, delivery addresses and paperwork are checked at least twice by team members to ensure that each parcel has been addressed correctly. We offer a range of delivery options, from Royal Mail services for delivery destinations within the UK and our own discounted delivery services including a UK courier service. For orders heading abroad, we provide a wide range of delivery options, from International Standard (Airmail), Tracked, Signed or Tracked and Signed (service offered is dependent on destination), we also offer International Parcel Service Delivery.
Delivery times that we provide are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. In the event, that ordered items are out of stock, a member of staff will contact you to confirm a delivery date.

What if I want to return an Item to You?
We want you to enjoy shopping with Everything Dinosaur, however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase(s), you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item(s), unopened, (with any packaging or seals or shrink-wrap intact). We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You are always welcome to contact us (contact details as above).

Can I Specify a Different Address from the Billing Address?
Our sophisticated and secure shopping services allow customers to designate a separate delivery address, instructions are provided at the appropriate stage of the shopping process. However, as an additional help, each order has its own message box, that allows customers to provide extra information such as confirming a delivery address, advising on whether the parcel can be left with a neighbour if no-one is in when it is delivered and such like.
