I was heartbroken not to mention embarrassed by my dino-having friends when i showed up DINO-less for my friends birthday. Everything dinosaur? more like NOTHING-dinosaur am i right ladies?
I really wanted to leave a glowing five star review of this majestic gift but instead i am forced to doubt all future dino investments. I must have done something truly terrible in a past life to deserve this fate!

We do understand your frustration. Unfortunately, as Sue and I have explained to you via email, your parcel was lost in the post. Sadly, despite our best efforts, on very rare occasions parcels do get lost in the parcel network. We appreciate that many purchases are gifts and as such if a customer is concerned about a potential missing parcel we are often contacted by the customer seeking advice and assurance. Sue and I assist where we can, even sending out a second parcel to ensure customers are not inconvenienced.
Your order was placed on July 9th, unfortunately, we were not informed of the order not having arrived until some weeks later. This was too late to do anything about the birthday. However, I note that we offered you the option of a replacement or a full refund. You opted for the full refund and this was swiftly organised for you.
Once again, Sue and I would like to stress that we do appreciate how disappointing the non-delivery of a parcel can be, but please be assured that we try our best and we do all we can to get parcels to customers as quickly as possible. Our dedication to trying our best for our customers is perhaps reflected in the tens of thousands of customers we have all over the world, as well as the multiple awards we have received for our customer service.

Ever since Planet Dinosaur aired on TV, my Nephew has been partly obsessed with Predator X – so I was delighted to purchase this great figure for him. It’s both detailed and in a good pose – he will love it.
