Over recent years Haolonggood have given us some absolute giant 1:35 scale sauropods. More than we could have imagined only a couple of years ago. Their sculpts, colour apps and production quality have been quite incredible. This little Euhelopus comes from the other end of the size spectrum giving us a lovely example of a relatively small early Cretaceous sauropod species from Asia. The figure may be small, compared to what we’ve been used to, but it’s delightful and incredibly cute. The sculpt detail and paint apps are every bit as good as the much larger HLG offerings. The blue-grey is conservative and toned down but remains a very appealing colour palette. The tan is more vibrant with bolder warm earth-tones, but still very believable. I love them both and either one, or both, colour morphs would certainly be a very worthy addition to your HLG sauropod collection in my opinion.
