Although I haven't yet played the game itself, I just wanted to let you all know that the customer service (CS) I have received has been outstanding. CS is my particular bug bear and I am very happy to report that I have no qualms about recommending this company. My first game was lost in the post by Royal Mail and Everything Dinasour very kindly sent a new one out to me without any hesitance. I didn't even ask them to do this. They volunteered warmly.
I am looking forward to excavating with my nephew over Christmas.
